Helfa Gelf Art Trail

The third artist to join the Wernog Wood Collective for the Helfa Gelf Art Trail in September is the jeweller, Claire Acworth.

Claire designs and makes contemporary jewellery, working in silver and gold. She uses semi-precious stones as well as simple found objects such as pebbles or sea glass which are transformed into elegant new forms.

She also breathes life into old unworn jewellery by using the original stones or gold to create a contemporary new design.
