Students staying for more than one day can pitch their tent in Wernog wildflower meadow and soak up the alfresco evening ambience. We do also have space for a camper van or small caravan... just ask. Overnight stays are £12 per person.

Nice hot showers are also available.

During courses, we provide a simple honest lunch such as bread, cheese and soup, however evening feasts are down to the students themselves. With use of a spacious and well equipped kitchen and living space, or a wood fired pizza oven, fire pit and fresh spring water, the formula for evening meals is to team up ‘chefs’, two at a time to cook for the rest of the group…. the bar is raised night after night and the food just gets better and better.

'One thing I will very fondly remember is sitting underneath the tarpaulin tent, eating amazing plentiful lunches cooked by Claire and Rob and chatting with the friendly group that had been brought together by this course, a very memorable week that will not be forgotten.'

If camping is not for you, there is a variety of local accommodation until such a time that we can offer an alternative ourselves. Depending on relevant permissions, we hope our visitors will be able to stay in quirky woodland cabins which are cosy and full of character.... watch this space to stay in our cosy red shed.

In future we intend to welcome walkers, cyclists and other visitors to the Clwydian Range. Being just 200m from Offa's Dyke, Wernog Wood is the perfect place for walkers to stay a night or two. This stretch of Offa’s Dyke crosses the A494 pass at Clwyd Gate, offering a natural break in the arduous run of Clwydian peaks.
