Returns

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed clothing within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange a return. Customers are responsible for return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Original delivery charges are not refunded unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days of receipt.
