Clothing

• Wear sensible footwear and practical clothing.

• Bring cut resistant or leather gardening gloves. David has a few extra pairs if you don't have any

• There will be a first aid kit but do be prepared for the odd little cut/nick over the weekend.

Tools and previous work

• Bring any whittling tools you have - knife, hook knife, carving axe.

• If you have made anything in wood before bring examples of what you have made.

• The weekend is quite physical but for anyone struggling there are ways to reduce this and remove axe work for example.

• David will bring whittling tools for sale and a card machine!!
